Platinum VIP

With the Platinum VIP service we dedicate a great deal of time & consideration to your travel plans, making sure that you have a wonderful honeymoon or vacation at a destination & resort that you love!

Have you spent hours on the internet- getting recommendations from friends and family but are more confused than ever?

Are you worried about what the resort "really' looks like- does it live up to all of it's promises? Short on time but want an amazing honeymoon or vacation?

Platinum VIP services include :

♦ Personalized Attention- We only assist a select few clients at a time to ensure that you receive outstanding customer service and have easy access to your travel consultant.

♦ A private consultatiion - starting with out honeymoon and Vacation questionairre we'll find out excatly what matters most to you for this vacation. We'll then schedule a telephone ( or for local couples- a face to face) meeting to discuss your needs and desires and to review our recommendations.

♦ Customized itineraries - You will recieve recommendations for the destination and resort thatbest suits your needs, desires and budget!

♦ Unbiased Resort Reports with Photo's- You will receive unbiased information on teh resorts that we recommend- from the fantastic to the quirks! No place is perfect! We want our clients to be fully informed about their resort - no suprises! The photo's are recnt snapshots from our travel consultants or past guests of the property- no photoshop !

♦ 24/ 7 Emergency support while traveling - we're there when you need us the most!

♦ Low Deposits to hold your accommodations - Room deposit of 150-200 per person (may also include round trip transfers- flights will need to be paid in full). Final payement due 60 days prior to travel.

♦ Vip Letter - Sent on your behalf to the General & sales manager at your resort letting them know of your VIP status with Sand & Sun Vacations!

♦ Answering all of your questions before, during and after your travels!

♦ Personal advocate - if you run into any snafu's we are there , by your side advicating on your behalf.

♦ Destination reports * - Be fully informed about your destination - currency, local customs, best souviniers to purchase. local hotspots and restaurants

♦ Excursion & site seeing Recommendations

♦ Packing & Travel Tips

These services will require a retainer of $ 50.00. The retainer is paid back approximately 4 weeks after travel.

The retainer includes two full quotes- resort recommendations with photo's. Additional recommendations/ quotes will be $25.00 per two full reccommendations- this will not be refunded after travel.

Gold VIP

Already know exactly where you want to vacation & which resort but would like the assistance and services of a professional travel consultant for peace of mind?

Have Sand & Sun Vacations book your itinerary and we'll waive the retainer !

To qualify for the Gold VIP program you must already have your travel dates, full itinerary ( resort, accommodations, flights) and do not need assistance planning and must be ready to deposit. The Gold program will not cost you anything additional but you will benefit from the services of a travel professional!
